Terms of sale
The offer and sale of products on the KNITTING CHIC Digital Store, www.tconline.it ("Digital Store"), are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. Items purchased on KNITTING CHIC Digital Store are products sold marked with trademarks owned by KNITTING CHIC S.R.L. with registered office in Paderno d'Adda (LC), Via Roma, 3, registered in the Register of Companies of Lecco, n.134283, VAT number 00341300135, Share capital Euro 300.000 i.v.. (hereinafter "KNITTING CHIC" or "we").
1. Conclusion of the sales contract
1 - These general conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the purchase contract concluded between you (our customer) and KNITTING CHIC. Your electronic sending of the order implies full knowledge of these
General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
2 - If you do not agree with one or more terms contained in these General Conditions of Sale, please refrain from making purchases on KNITTING CHIC Digital Store.
3 - When proceeding with the transmission of the order, you will be warned that such forwarding implies the obligation to pay the indicated price.
4 - The purchase contract with KNITTING CHIC is concluded when KNITTING CHIC receives your order electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data contained therein.
5 - Once the purchase contract is concluded, KNITTING CHIC will process your purchase order by sending an email containing the order summary. However, this email does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order itself. KNITTING
In fact, CHIC reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is an ongoing dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency, or which are incomplete or incorrect,
or in case of unavailability of the products. In these cases, KNITTING CHIC will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that KNITTING CHIC has not carried out your purchase order.
2. Sales prices
1 - All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated in the KNITTING CHIC Digital Store include VAT and any other tax that may be applicable in relation to the sale; however, they do not include taxes
customs, import taxes, fees and customs brokerage fees, if applicable based on the destination of the order. In fact, for some destinations, upon arrival at the border of your country, the content of the order could
be subject to customs duties (which may include taxes, duties, handling fees, remuneration of customs brokers, etc.), the payment of which is at your expense, as the customer receiving the order. CHIC KNITTING no ha la
ability to calculate these customs duties in advance, therefore we recommend that you contact the relevant local authorities or your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
2 - The cost of shipping and transport, or other additional costs, if any, will be clearly indicated and displayed before completing the order.
3 - Product prices may be subject to updates. As a customer, you are required to ascertain the final sale price before completing the relevant order. A blatant error reported in the price on KNITTING CHIC
Digital Store with respect to the commonly known price of the chosen product, entails the right for KNITTING CHIC not to confirm the shipment and to proceed with an immediate refund of the value of the purchase paid by you, without you
may make exceptions in this regard.
3. Delivery methods
1 - The delivery of the products is carried out exclusively within the territory of the country referred to by the local KNITTING CHIC Digital Store to which you are connected, and which you used for the purchase.
2 - To know the specific shipping methods of the products, you can access the "Shipping" section. The information contained in this section form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and,
therefore, they are deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time the order is sent. However, it is understood that the shipping and delivery terms indicated are purely indicative and that the products will be
delivered no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the sales contract.
3 - Likewise, KNITTING CHIC is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products.
KNITTING CHIC in fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is able to know your credit card number as, by opening a secure connection, it is transmitted directly to the banking service manager.
4 - The essential characteristics of the products are presented on KNITTING CHIC Digital Store within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not be exactly
corresponding to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Terms of payment
1 - For the payment of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, or other additional costs if applicable, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the "Payments" section and then review them in the order. The indications contained in this section form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of placing the order. In any case, the payment services available do not have differentiated or additional costs, with the exception of the provisions of point 5 below.
2 - In the case of payment by credit card, the payment procedure will take place via a secure connection connected directly to the bank that owns and manages the online payment service, which KNITTING CHIC cannot access. In particular, the financial information (for example, the credit / debit card number or its expiry date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the banks, which provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to in any way have access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used and / or stored in any format (including electronic) by KNITTING CHIC. The validity of the card could be verified through a pre-authorization for payment. This authorization is not a charge. In any case, your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment of the purchased product, except, of course, your customer right to have the amount re-credited in any case of default by the Seller, or failure to execute the contract for any reason.
3 - As a customer, you are solely responsible for the data entered, therefore you guarantee to use only credit cards for which you have legitimate availability.
4 - If you choose the PayPal method, where applicable, you will be redirected to the website www.paypal.com where you will pay for the products according to the procedure provided and governed by PayPal, and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed between you and PayPal itself. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by the latter and will not be transmitted or shared with TICOT CHIC.
KNITTING CHIC is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the data of the credit card connected to your PayPal account, or the data of any other payment instrument connected with this account. The total amount due will be charged to you by PayPal together with the conclusion of the online contract. In case of termination of the purchase contract and in any other case of reimbursement, for any reason, the amount of the reimbursement in your favor will be credited to your PayPal account. The credit times on the payment instrument connected to this account depend exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed in favor of this account, KNITTING CHIC cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in the crediting of the refund amount, to dispute which you must contact PayPal directly.
5 - For some destinations, KNITTING CHIC also offers a cash on delivery (COD) payment service, with an additional cost that is expressly indicated before completing the order, on the payment page next to the icon " Cash on delivery ". In any case, the cost will never exceed that actually incurred by KNITTING CHIC to offer this service. If you decide to use this service, our selected courier will collect the sums related to the order on our behalf. At the time of delivery it will be necessary to have the exact amount of the order indicated in the shipping confirmation e-mail available in cash; the courier cannot give change and does not accept checks. This payment method is allowed for orders that do not exceed the total amount of Euro 1,999.99 per recipient. Before choosing cash on delivery as a payment service, it is good that you know that the additional cost required for this service will not be refunded in case of return of products purchased with this method.
1 - KNITTING CHIC assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as, by way of example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part , to execute the contract within the agreed time.
2 - KNITTING CHIC will not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, as you are only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
6. Your obligations as a customer
1 - It is strictly forbidden for minors (anyone under the age of 18) to conclude an order on the KNITTING CHIC Digital Store.
2 - The data entered during the purchase phase must be exclusively your real and personal data and not those of third parties, or of fantasy. KNITTING CHIC reserves the right to
legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers.
3 - As a customer, you release KNITTING CHIC from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by you,
being yourself solely responsible for their correct insertion.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
1 - As a customer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with KNITTING CHIC without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14)
days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased in the manner described below.
2- Before the expiry of the withdrawal period as determined above, you can make the return request directly from the KNITTING CHIC Digital Store to be communicated to KNITTING CHIC through an email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org, which includes the details of your purchase, the date it was ordered or received and your name and address.
3 - As a Customer, you must return the goods or deliver them to the third party authorized by KNITTING CHIC to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which you notified KNITTING CHIC of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the deadline
period of fourteen days.
4 - The shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by the KNITTING CHIC company if you use the pre-printed adhesive label that
you will find inside the original package. This procedure will allow the TRICOT CHIC company to pay the return costs directly to the courier e
to check the position of the package at any time. In case you decide to use a different courier for the return of the products, the costs of
shipping will be at your expense, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.
5 - After returning the products, TRICOT CHIC will carry out the necessary checks on their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in this section.
6 - If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, TRICOT CHIC will refund you any sums already
cashed for the purchase of products.
7 - Whatever the payment method you use, the refund is activated by TRICOT CHIC in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 (fourteen)
days from the day you notify TRICOT CHIC of your decision to withdraw from the contract. TRICOT CHIC can withhold the refund until it has
received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.
8 - TRICOT CHIC will reimburse using the same payment method you used for the purchase of the returned products, even if it has been
used a virtual and / or disposable credit card. For legal reasons, TRICOT CHIC will in no way be able to make a refund on a credit card other than the one used for the purchase, except in the case in which the credit card itself has expired in the meantime: in this case you can send a e-mail to
email@example.com to agree on the most appropriate means of reimbursement.
9 - TRICOT CHIC is not required to reimburse any shipping costs incurred during the purchase of the item and additional costs if you have chosen the Cash on Delivery method referred to in point 5 of Paragraph 4.
8. Applicable law and competent court
1 - Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the purchase contracts stipulated through TRICOT CHIC Digital Store is
subject to Italian law and in particular to the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts" - as amended by the Legislative Decree
21 February 2014, n. 21 - with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and to the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects
relating to electronic commerce.
2 - For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court in whose district you have your domicile or residence will be competent; for all other disputes the Court of Milan will be exclusively competent.
3 - In the event of disputes arising from these General Conditions of Sale between TRICOT CHIC and Italian customers, TRICOT CHIC guarantees, as of now, pursuant to
of the art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, full adhesion and acceptance of the RisolviOnline conciliation service. RisolviOnline is an independent service and
institutional, provided by the Chamber of Arbitration of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, which allows to reach a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a neutral and competent conciliator, in a friendly and safe way, on the Internet. RisolviOnline.com is among the accredited bodies for the resolution of disputes on the ODR platform of the European Union.
4 - In the event of disputes arising from the General Conditions of Sale between TRICOT CHIC and customers resident in the EU, we inform you that the European Commission
provides a platform for alternative out-of-court dispute resolution, accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Changes and Updates
1 - TRICOT CHIC reserves the right to modify TRICOT CHIC Digital Store, policies and these General Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products or services, or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. By accessing our Digital Store and placing an order you will adhere to the policies and terms of the General Conditions of Sale from time to time in force at the time the order is placed, unless any changes have retroactive effect under the applicable law (in which case, they can also be applied to orders you have previously placed). If any provision of these Conditions is deemed invalid, null or for any reason unenforceable, this condition will in any case not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.

It may happen that a credit card payment is declined. It usually happens for the following reasons:

Cash on delivery (European community only)
If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, you can deliver the corresponding sum directly to our courier, when he delivers the package to you. Remember: the courier accepts payments in cash only (does not accept checks) and cannot give change: you should therefore prepare the exact amount in time. Cash on delivery involves an additional cost of € 4.50 which will not be refunded in case of return.
